Procedure of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) Treatment:
Before undergoing the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) procedure at Oasis Clinic, we provide patients with essential precautionary measures to follow. Here are the instructions required for patients:
Pre-Surgery Preparations:
Two Weeks Before FUE:
1. Confirm appointment after necessary tests.
2. Disclose medication history, especially blood thinners.
3. Consult regarding ongoing medical conditions.
4. Avoid shaving or cutting recipient area hair.

One Week Before FUE:
1. Cease Vitamin B, E, or multi-vitamins containing them.
2. Stop anti-inflammatory meds (NSAIDs).
3. Inform about heart and blood pressure medications.
4. Quit smoking to improve blood flow to scalp.

Three Days Before FUE:
Refrain from alcohol consumption to prevent adverse effects.

Day of FUE:
1. Wash hair with shampoo, avoiding styling products.
2. Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
3. Avoid cologne or deodorants.
4. Have a light breakfast; no caffeine.
5. Arrange post-op transportation to avoid discomfort.

After Surgery Care:
Day of FUE:
1. Keep head bandaged; do not remove until the next morning.
2. Sleep with head elevated to prevent swelling.
3. Avoid touching the implanted area and do not cover the head with cap or muffler.
Day After FUE:
1. Carefully remove head bandage before showering.
2. Gently shampoo scalp as directed by your physician.
